Return Eligibility
– To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the product.
– The product must be in the same condition as received and undamaged.
– Inform our team within 24 hours of delivery via email at care@thessaj.com.
Important Note
– Products bought during sales, with special discounts, or using coupon codes, as well as clearance sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Methods
We offer two refund methods:
1. **E-wallet at thessaj.com**
– You will receive 100% store credit for the order amount.
– The store credit can be used for future purchases on thesaaj.com.
– Our company will send the wallet link via email.
2. **Bank Transfer / Google Pay / Paytm / PhonePe**
– If you prefer a bank transfer or a digital wallet refund, we will issue refund amount after deducting reverse pickup charge.
– Reverse pickup charges depend on quantity and weight of the product.

Refund Process
1. **Approval and Reverse Pickup**
– Once we approve the return, our team will initiate a reverse pickup request with our logistics partner, typically completed within 2-3 business days.
2. **Inspection and Refund**
– After the product is delivered to our warehouse and verified, we will contact you via call/WhatsApp/email for refund processing.
– The refund will be credited to your account within 2-3 business days.
– Refunds are processed via Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, Bank Transfer, or UPI. We do not provide cash refunds.
Return Instructions
– **Before Unboxing**
– Send us a unboxing video of the package.
– **Return Request**
– Contact customer care to initiate a return request.
– If pickup service is available, keep the product ready for our courier partner, ensuring it is unused, unwashed, and all tags are intact.
– If pickup service is not available, self-ship the product to our address. Include the order number on a piece of paper inside the package. Note that customers must bear the self-shipping cost.In this case no reverse pick up charge will be deducted during refund.
Exchange Policy
– Exchange Charges applicable depending upon location.
– This fee covers logistics for reverse pickup and new dispatch.
– Once approved, our courier will pick up the item.
– After we receive and verify the return, we will contact you via email or whatsapp to arrange payment.
– The new item will be dispatched once the payment is completed.
– The exchange process typically takes 5-7 working days.
Cancellation Policy
– **Before Dispatch**
– To cancel items or orders before dispatch, visit the “Your Orders” section in your account, select the item to cancel, and follow the prompts. A refund will be processed to your original payment method if payment was made.
– **After Delivery**
– If your order is already delivered, you may return it following our return and refund policy.
