Estimated Delivery Time

– Delivery time starts from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping within India
– We use reliable courier service Delhivery for our orders.
– The usual delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
– We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

Urgent Orders
– For urgent orders requiring early delivery, please call us on our customer care number and email care@thesaaj.com before placing your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
– Our dispatch team will contact you to confirm COD order dispatch.
– COD orders will only be dispatched upon customer confirmation. If there is no response to our calls/messages/emails within 3 days of the first attempt, the order will be canceled on the 3rd day.
– For COD orders customer will have to bear the COD charges.

Order Cancellation

– Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.

Delays

– Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time, we will contact you to confirm if you still wish to proceed with your order.
